Big Fish Designs
Class A Facility
The Class A Design is the most functional of the Big Fish design package. Following the EPA 503 standard for biosolids, this design produces a reusable Exceptional Quality Class A biosolid and discharges a clean effluent back into a municipal collection system. This design is patent pending and can be designed to work in any location. A small footprint with little operator input and low energy usage are some of the key features of this design.
Class A upgradeable Facility
This design features many of the same things as the Class A design, but doesn’t produce a Class A biosolid. This design is aimed at customers that would like to have the option in the future to upgrade to a full Class A producing facility. This upgradeable design saves our clients money and gives them the option to upgrade in the future if they would like.
Class B Facility
Our Class B design is geared for the smaller private hauler that has approved land application fields that they would like to utilize to spread a Class B biosolid. The Class B
facility is easy to operate and has significantly less capitol and operating costs than the Class A designs.
Dewatering Facility
The Big Fish dewatering design is the most basic of our designs. This design is for clients that would like to dewater their septage and then haul it to a landfill. Instead of hauling 98% water to a land application site the hauler can dewater at their own facility and make a 35-45% solid and greatly reduce the cost of disposal.
