Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study is an important part of creating a business plan for a new enterprise. The Big Fish/Wilcox feasibility study is a preliminary study undertaken to determine and document a project's viability. As part of the feasability study we look at six basic criteria to discuss and evaluate:

1.) Owner Criteria and requirements

2.) Overall general arrangment

3.) Conceptual overall facilities development plan

4.) High level determination of permit requirements

5.) Conceptual cost estimate

6.) Initial project pro forma

The results of this study are used to make a decision whether or not to proceed with the project. If it indeed leads to a project being approved, it will be used to determine the likelihood of the project's success.
