The compact 3800 square foot, fully contained facility can be installed on a 100' x 200' site. The septic hauler drives up to the entrance and uses the Septic Hauler Key Card Access to the facility, to start the off-loading of septage. When the septage has been pumped out, the driver receives a receipt with gallons and totals for each completed transaction. From the small private septage hauler to the larger hauler, the vehicle access allows for easy drive-through service. The Interior Operator Control Panel allows instantaneous access by the plant manager to operational functions. The Inorganic Separator is the first stop for the off-loaded septage. This separates organic and inorganic material. Inorganic material is compacted and placed in a plastic-lined disposal vessel.

Our
Process

The organic material flows from the Inorganic Separator to the Aerobic Biologically Active Treatment Tanks that reduce 95% of solids typically found in septage. Big Fish is currently operating at a rate of seven gallons per minute, or 10,000 gallons per day. The tank room has no septage odor and the tank positions allow for easy process-monitoring and maintenance. The on-site laboratory is available for plant performance monitoring as well as contract analysis for outside customers. BOD, TSS, Ammonia-Nitrogen, Nitrate-N, Phosphorus pH and Dissolved Oxygen are monitored prior to effluent discharge, per local and state requirements.
